In the off-season period, we deliver pre-season coaching programmes for clubs in order to prepare teams and their individuals for their season and training ahead.

PURPOSE
We deliver pre-season coaching programmes for clubs in order to prepare teams and their individuals for their season and training ahead. Our pre-season programme offers clubs the opportunity to gain and improve their players' physical fitness prior to the season, sharpen up their technical skills and stimulate their psychological aspect of their game. ​

HOW?
We deliver our programme with both technical and physical sessions by combining the use of both football coaches and football qualified personal trainers. This allows us to ensure both areas are covered and developed for the best results to be achieved, with a complete professional but personal approach gained from their pre-season training. ​​​

During pre-season, we utilise a number of fitness & football based tests, while continuing to monitor the progress of the individuals throughout. Starting with our testing and reviews, the players will then be pushed through their paces and tested throughout their sessions before evaluating their improvements prior to the end of pre-season and their season commencing.
